RESTORING INDEPENDENCE
Providing Services That Strengthen Independence Since 1979
Our Mission
Enable Madison County’s mission is to enable the aging and homebound to live at home safely, independently, and with dignity.

Who We Are
Enable has been caring for Madison County’s aging and homebound since 1979. Founded as the Care Assurance System for the Aging and Homebound (CASA), our organization provides support that helps older adults remain safe and independent in their own homes.
We focus on meeting essential needs that often fall outside the coverage of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance for those facing financial difficulties. Our services fill this gap by providing items and assistance that help prevent falls, improve home safety, increase mobility, and support daily living.
The strength of our mission comes from our community. Every delivery, home repair, ramp build, garden harvest, and wellness check is made possible by local volunteers and contributors who believe in helping seniors and homebound in need.
Who We Serve
Seniors
Enable Madison County supports aging adults, 60 and older, by providing essential needs such as home safety improvements, produce deliveries, and hygiene supplies to make daily living easier for aging in place.

Homebound and Limited Mobility Residents
Enable Madison County supports homebound residents of any age who cannot leave their homes without assistance by providing vegetable deliveries, hygiene supplies, home safety support, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, handrails, and regular check ins to reduce isolation and enable independence.
