“HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) – A North Alabama nonprofit is helping a local family breathe a little easier after building a new wheelchair ramp for a 7-year-old girl living with Shaken Baby Syndrome.
Enable Madison County said the child is being raised by her grandparents and faced daily challenges getting in and out of their home safely. The nonprofit said simple routines often required significant physical effort and created safety risks for both the girl and her caregivers.”
